Leeds and the Thousand Islands Public Library is pleased to be able to lend Connection Kits to our community thanks to funding from the Government of Canada's New Horizon's for Seniors Program.

These kits have been designed to spark engagement, conversations, and evoke memories while encouraging connection. They have been put together with the primary purpose of supporting our community members living with dementia/memory loss but are available to anyone who would like to use them. Kits contain puzzles, games, books and activities.
