Planning for the future of the Library is one of the major responsibilities of the Leeds and the Thousand Islands Public Library Board.

The Board is committed to creating comprehensive planning documents for the Library. The Board will be responsive to community needs, establish priorities, communicate with key decision makers, enable continuity of services, account for library funding and avoid duplication of community services.
